A Seat at the Table: Elevating Mobility’s Voice in Workforce Strategy and Change

Building on our Q2 discussion, Reimagining Employee Experience Through Flexibility While Managing Costs, this session will focus on how Mobility can move upstream by gaining a voice earlier in talent and workforce planning conversations rather than being brought in after decisions have already been made.

We’ll explore how Mobility professionals can demonstrate their value and build the relationships needed to be included in conversations around talent pipelines, succession planning, workforce needs and long-term business strategy. We’ll discuss how earlier involvement can lead to better relocation decisions, reduce unnecessary or serial moves, improve employee outcomes and provide greater insight into the ROI of mobility programs.

We’ll also tackle what happens when strategy turns into action. When relocation policies, benefits or service models need to change, how do you successfully implement those changes across the organization? The discussion will cover gaining leadership and stakeholder buy-in, communicating changes to employees, recruiters and HR partners, managing resistance and expectations, and creating the internal alignment needed for successful adoption.

Speakers: Betsy Ortolano, MillerKnoll. Additional speakers being revealed soon!
